This book is perfection, from the first page to the last!!! This is what The Correspondent wanted to be and failed miserably!!! This book is a true story and sample of letters between an American author and an English book seller (and his co-workers)over two decades. It is funny, tender and touching. It's is very short but you feel like you really get to know them so well!! There is also a movie adaptation staring Anne Bancroft and Anthony Hopkins. Need I say more!!!! It's wonder to read or listen to (I've done both).
