Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to discuss refunds and exchanges under the following conditions/terms: 

Please email earthtonesgirl@gmail.com within 14 business days from postmark. Return shipping costs may apply. 

Incorrect items and/or missing items from your order will be shipped/exchanged at no extra cost. 

Returned items must be shipped back in resale condition.

 

A refund or exchange will not be issued for returned items that appear used, damaged, and/or soiled. 
Refunds are issued as soon as they are received.
