I listened to this book as a palette cleanser after Project Hail Mary and did not see the emotional punch coming. I LOVED this sweet, gentle love story SO much!!! No, not a romantic love story but a love story between to friends. Deep, unwavering, true to the end friends. Oh I can't stress enough how good this is!!!
