I modified my pattern with an afterthought heel (tutorial is available on my Youtube channel. Also, another pair (3rd) for my I love books and sock knitting KAL. It was paired with the movie cover of the book Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir. If you read my book review you know how much I loved the book. I also really enjoyed the movie. This felt like a spot on match!!!
