All I did was provide the bowl…a very talented knitter I know did all the work.  Sweet and funny and a bit pointless but why not…this is what I call and “Everest Project”.  Why do people climb Mt. Everest…because it’s there, because they can or believe they can.  Why would anyone knit something like this…because [...]

What Grace Has Given Me…

…(anyone recognize that?).  Notre Dame de Grace (IK Summer 07)  is my current project and I’m lovin’ it.  It’s the perfect all-purpose sweater.  This may even be my Rhinebeck sweater.

I’m a Pot Head….

…Harry Potter head that is. Just to give you an update, I finished book 4, last night and I feel like I’m on pins and needles. This morning in my car on my way to work I started book 5 and just can’t seem to stop myself from listening to these books. [...]

Today is September 3rd (I wanted to post this on the first but here it is.  My husband’s been working alot lately and we are a one computer household) and so begins my favorite month and time of the year.  All the lazy, hot, waste-of-time-ness of summer is over and we all get to settle back into sweet [...]
